Or he could just have opinions and express them on a message board primarily designed for expressing them. You can say he’s wrong and laugh at him for it but how fucking dull would it be if everyone just ‘got behind the manager’ on here and never said what they think.

This isn’t the stadium.
Are you not tired of seeing every manage written off so quickly? So many fans desperate to say “told you so” and would rather see us lose to back their beliefs.

I had to block an account on X, that Talking THFC moron.

He had the audacity to already be calling for Frank's head, whilst also saying we should bring back Ange, calling it an outstanding project which was ended prematurely.

There are so many fucking clowns out there it's unreal.
This is what's at the heart of it.

A warped, deluded cluster of the fanbase that just can't let it go.

Become addicted to chaosball.

Don't mind losing game after game after game as long as they get their fix.

Now repelled by structure, method and coherence.

They're never coming back.

People think the squad is good because people overrate our players. Neutrals don’t think our squad is very good for a reason.

A lot of these players wouldn’t attract big bids from other teams - no matter how much our own fans gush about their talent.
The truth lies somewhere in between.

Our squad is somewhere between 5th-8th in terms of quality.

Apart from a run of few games when we took 4th place from Woolwich with Conte as manager, we've been unsatisfactory since the old stadium closed.

Had the occasional game like beating Man City, or the first leg of the cup match against Liverpool last season, I reckon most PL teams consider us as beatable when they look at their fixture lists.

Which is exactly why Frank is trying to make us hard to beat first and foremost.

And I would say he's succeeded. It took two shots from 25 yards to beat us at the weekend in a game where I think we were the better side.
The only other loss was Bournemouth who are having a good season.

But ultimatley Frank needs time

I agree Frank needs time but we always seem to be waiting for managers or players, or squad building, that needs time.

Chill chaps

We're 2 points better off than Poch's first 8 games and he got hammered 4-1 by Man U in that little lot.

Poch 3-3-2

Frank 4-2-2

Give it time for Frank to get the best out of a severely limited toothless attack.

If I was in Dane Scarlett's shoes I'd be asking my agent to find a new club in January because if he ain't getting a look in now, I doubt it's going to happen for him at Spurs. Mathys Tel keeping him out of the team. After this season he'll be on his final one, so I suppose he could just wait and leave on a free transfer with more options but presently he's not doing anything and an important part of his career is slipping away.

I suppose if Tel hadn't been paid for and his relatively high salary, the club probably don't feel right paying that sum, and then giving Scarlett preference. So effectively Tel had ended Scarlett's hopes, unless he gets injured. I don't think Frank wants to piss off the higher ups at the club by playing Scarlett instead and having a relatively high wage player on the bench.

Who of theirs are neutrals taking?

I’d agree 5-8th is the range for this squad but it’s better than the performance yesterday and Bournemouth

Watkins, Kamara, Rogers, Martinez and I bet a lot of neutrals would take Digne and Tielemans over our equivalents.

It’s incredibly close. We have a lot of equivalents. Rogers is the most valuable player across both squads.

I live in eternal hope that Frank can get a tune out of Solanke, Richarlison, Tel and Muani......

Disclaimer: I don't want him sacked. Because you have to state this apparently, lest you become the worst person in the world.

As far as I can remember, a nonneglibigle amount of people were done with Nuno after that shambolic display against Woolwich on week 6, if not earlier. Fair play if you were also preaching patience back then as you do now, but this wasn't the unanimous stance at all. And when he was gone on week 10, virtually everybody was relieved.

Again, I don't share this minority sentiment that Frank has already proven beyond any reasonable doubt that he is out of his depth. But I'm not going to go around and lecture people on when they could legitimately be fed up with this manager or that player.

Looking at the standard of play, and the upcoming 6-7 league fixtures, there's a decent chance that we'll find ourselves on the fringes of top 10 come December.

My stance wouldn't change much since I'm mentally prepared for it to happen anyway, but it'll be a tough test for some others here who are berating dissidents for voicing their concerns at the moment.
