And there it is.

He was the top choice of the supporters.

We got the consolation prize and the mantra now is to stick with his 'building' and give him time.

We will be 4 seasons into project managers before another meltdown if we are loyal for the sake of it.

I don't give a fuck anymore on this subject.

I want Spurs standards to be the same as Liverpool and City.

I want several quality signings in January.

At least 3 top players.

No excuses.

Just go and get the best available.

Then I might buy into Frank's project.

This is hilarious, Iraola was the top choice was he? (news to me), a manager from Bournemouth who had never managed a big club before? Pray tell how he is any different from Frank and how Frank is a consolation prize to him? Do you think Iraola would have come in and hit the ground running, on what actual basis?

The poll on here had him at the top.

Apparently Kudus the main culprit. Although you'd expect that as he sees way more of the ball than anyone else.
Some matches Kudus has been used as the bridgehead for attack, I don't have any specific examples but there's been some poor long passing to him, meaning that even if he reaches the ball, it's difficult to control.

When considering the stat, it shouldn't just be about the player receiving the ball.

I'm still Frank in. And I will probably be all season, I would like to give him the best summer window and until January before I judge him too hard.

Still I like speculating so I'm a bit disappointed there is no "Who replaces Frank" thread.

There are some prospects out there

Michel Sanchez (Girona)
Vincenzo Italiano (Bologna)
Raffaele Palladino (Fiorentina)
Wouter Vranken (Genk)
Ronny Delia (Club Brugge)
Kim Hellberg (Hammarby)
Kieran McKenna (Ipswich)

I think the majority feel the same way.

We all want him to do well and hope that he does well.

However; I can't help thinking that one of the motivating factors for his recruitment as manager was because he has a proven track record of working on a shoestring budget with bargain buys and thrift.

It's all very well saying give him time but all the while we are waiting; the serious clubs are getting further away from us by doing what Spurs used to do.

Buying and retaining the best available players and managers.

Frank has to hit targets in my opinion.

If he can't; on to the next one we go.
It always the way with Levy.

Even if did get managers with a rep of winning...

He would leave them with the likes of Dier as a CB, expecting them to perform miracles.
