Because I wasn't using this til July....

I have eyes, my eyes are backed up by stats that say we're massively over achieving at both ends of the pitch. We have been for weeks and weeks and we've seen no improvement. We're getting worse. We're 5th, but more than likely in the bottom half after the weekend.

Yes, I didn't like the last manager, happy for the EL win, but he probably should've been sacked beforehand. I don't like the new manager either. The football, or lack there of is completely unsustainable. We are the most one dimensional team in the league and results are starting to reflect how horrible we are. Guarantee we're nowhere near 5th after 18 games played, when we've played everyone once. No doubt you'll be one of the "we're only 5 points from 8th" crew when that rolls around soon.

It's so obvious this is a wrong fit, he's not going to be here medium or long-term.

we played 11 league games not 18, seems like you are just looking at stats from google thinking "OH 18 matches we already played half a season" lol. Know that there are cup games too?

I made an account but never actually used it. I was using a different forum, until it got weird, over the Ange firing, so I came here to discuss Spurs. If you want to think I'm a huge Ange fan, be my guest, I give absolutely zero fucks.

Yes, we've played 11. We're 5th, we're also 2 points off 11th, and we're almost certainly going to be in the bottom half after the weekend. Bottom half after 12 games isn't great. If you actually read what I said, I said that if you look at where we are after 18 games, when we've played everyone once, we won't even be thinking about 5th.

Nuno lasted 10 games, the club realised it was a bad decision to hire him and he wasn't a good fit, so did one of the few good things, and fired him. Are you saying he shouldn't have been fired, because it was only ten games? Sounds like you are.

We're 14th in both XG and XGA, outperforming them both as the highest in the league. It's not even close either. That is not going to continue, hasn't been continuing recently. We've played 4 through balls in 11 games, 4. Our tactics now are get it wide or hoof it up, in the hope of a set piece.
He keeps picking Palinha, who is killing us with regard to playing football. He's an elite destroyer l, sure, but he's a complete liability for us when we're not defending. He's not comfortable on the ball, is very easy to press and it's putting us in huge trouble. Not to mention the other extremely strange decisions.

No doubt we're going to absolutely bend over like we did against Chelsea and Bournemouth and it'll be a handy day out at the office for the scum. See, with stats, we know where we are. Right now, we're in an inflated position. When the season irons out, we'll likely go one way, down, because the stats say we're 14th at both attacking and defending, the only reason we're up so high is sheer blind luck. The only argument for the Frank inners is that, it might get better. That's just blind optimism. There is absolutely nothing good about what's happening. We're worse at the back after this many games from last year, that is ridiculous.

Tell, me, why do you think he's the right fit, apart from blind hope, why should he be given more time? He's had a preseason, ~£200m to spend and we look absolutely horrendous.

I think after the match on Sunday when we inevitably bend over for them, that he goes, and while there's time to save the season, that we do that.

If you go back and watch the Woolwich game at the beginning of last season, you will see that Spurs dominated the game and were the better team. Woolwich sat back, surrendered the ball and played scared. The result didn't go Spurs way, due to poor defending of a corner.

it will be interesting to see if Frank attacks them on the front foot; or sets Spurs up to surrender the ball and hope to snatch a set piece goal.
