Im always of the feeling of give a guy a full year but there's something about Frank, I just don't think he's up to it.

Not sure how much else he can do. You see the subs we are able to bring on, and it just doesn't give much hope. Squad is too thin and quality too low. Some potentially good youngsters (we're a very young team), but we miss the handful of stars to be a top 4 contestants.
