I have no opinion on Frank yet, it's clear the biggest problem is the number of fucking shit players we have.
So what exactly am I dug into?

Of course the goals were individual errors and not something that was coached to do. But it is manager responsibility to prepare players for the game. Today at least half of the team played with their legs shaking. Totally unprepared.
And even after that shocking start we fully wasted the first half. Created nothing. I don't see how we are supposed to build our chances.
I am not sure if we should sack him. Or what does that change? It seems like a broken team in all ways. But I would really need to see even small steps to right direction. At this moment I am not seeing them.

Agree, obtainable , much better record than Frank, it's one of the better options out there.
I disagree. Frank is a mid-table manager who spends all his thinking time worrying about how to negate the opponents, and plays with the hand brake on.
Why is he playing Palhinha at home against shit teams? Why is he playing Richy on the left over Odobert or Simons? The team have no progressive passing patterns at all. The only plan we have is to give it to Porro and hope he can get it to Kudus and that Kudus can then do something amazing. Other than that its long throws and set pieces. He seemed to have stumbled across some good offensive combinations by chance a few games ago. The Udogie / Simons / Odobert triangle on the left worked well. Similarly, Bergvall / Porro / Kudus works well to the right. How many times has he he started those six players? If he is serious about being brave and playing attacking football, especially at home, then he needs to pick a more offensive team and tell them to go for it.
Our home record is frankly disgraceful no matter the squad. Relegation level. No reason we shouldn’t be able to beat Fulham (who are struggling) at home.
