I find him so uninspiring - his coaching, his mannerisms, his pressers. He's so tough to watch at his pressers, with his pauses and ahs and errms. I don't know how people find he talks well. I think players will be really bored training with him. Only his hair is his greatest style.

Much as I don't want to get personal, I also think Frank is less than inspiring when he talks.

I just thought he was going to bring something of functional coherence and stability, if not great style and panache.

It's been neither.

So what, you may wonder.
Well, for the first time, there referring to him by his surname. It's been Thomas this or Thomas that....now he's just Frank

I'm going for 11am on Monday

Last week it was fighting , this week it's working....what's next week?

We need to keep believing 🤣

Let's be honest the minute Spence and VDV shunted him I knew that was a symptom of something not right in the dynamics there.

Managed to miss the game by being dragged out with the wife and friends.
Saw we were 2 down before the fans sat down.
Was it silly mistakes or another turgid tactical performance?

If I'm being honest I'm already at the point now where I don't look forward to watching us play because its just more of the same shite that is painful to watch and the results seem inevitable. It got that way in the last season for Ange, it got that way in the second season for Conte, same for Mourinho etc. It's just happened a hell of a lot quicker than I thought it would with Frank.

He's on incredibly thin ice and looking at the players body language and his lack of authority in the current situation I'm not sure it's going to improve any time soon.

You have one poster on here saying last year's Europa was okay despite the shame of 22 defeats, and another carping on about ENIC,in that one-trick pony fashion.

Once again I don't give a fcuk who is to blame as opposed to hoping Frank turns it rind irvthe task is given to someone else.

I'm supportive of giving a coach time to implement their system - but a bad system will never yield results.

It took a couple of seasons for Klopps Liverpool to find their stride, and even Peps city were poor in their first season.

However, they had previous winning form and a clear style for the players to learn. It's not clear to me what system Frank is trying to get the players into. Does he really think sitting back and hoofing it to a single forward is going to win a title??

At least with Ange it was clear what system he was targeting. At times Spurs looked like world beaters, other times a disaster. Had he had a fit squad and better players, who knows?

The system right now is not playing to any of Spurs players best strengths. Xavi is lost. Richarlison isolated chasing dead ends, johnson sat on the bench. Frank seems to have built his team around a 40 year old Palhinha.

I think you need to keep your opinions private after tonight

Gotta be a comfortable 4-0 against this rabble. Only 1 point away from home. Should be shooting practice.

Decades watching football, and other team sports, and I fully came to believe in "momentum". When you have it, don't mess with it, especially when at home.
We pinned them the first 10-15 minutes of the second half and the adrenaline was flowing through the players blood, only for him to call for the subs at the goal kick-off. You put the squad with instructions for 15 minutes to do something, and they did. You should have the "balls" to tell the subs, you know what? we are on a roll, let's wait 5-10 minutes to see if we can get another and ride the tide a little more.
Those subs changed the dynamic of our play to the worse, understandably (not blaming the players), because the new players need time to get into the flow.

Yep, that signified some sense of instability.

Mind you we had no such obvious friction with the previous incumbent and we lost 22 PL games.

However we look at it, it needs fixing at the core.
