The more worrying thing is we look very very unsure about how to construct attacks, and the stats are awful.
I mean it's evident that the attacking elements of his coaching are just not effective.

This is exactly the same as when we were winning, sneaking results despite being the worse team by a mile. Don't be fooled by that result, we were by far the second best team.

Typical iraola isn't it, has moments were he makes bournmouth super hot which no doubt they will be again but often they are just pretty beatable and end up mid table
I would give him time if we were showing signs of something potential. I would back him through the 4-1 loss to Woolwich, the winless streak we're currently on, home losses to Bournemouth, Villa, Fulham etc if there were any kind of green shoots. We are not going to become a top team if we just constantly ping it up the channels and put in low % crosses. No top team plays this kind of football and he has shown nothing to suggest that he's just doing it because "the players aren't good enough" like some comments on here suggested.

Mate honestly we were shit for 75 mins...like actually pathetic...no patterns, no counters, nothing - just give it to Kudus and hope for the best, it was abysmal - This crap isn't sustainable, we can't be accepting performances like that.
That said good fight back, at least there's still some fight in the team.

It's Conte and Jose ball without Kane and Son - I'm not sure we've had any kind of balanced coach since Poch and he had a much more balanced team.

If we had lose today, I am quite adamant another Brentford loss would be Frank's last game. Today really bought a lot of time for Frank, albeit a borrowed one.
Absolutely needs a creative attacking mid. Madders can't come back quick enough, because this constant crossing with no attackers who can win a header is just sad watching.
