Sarr, Tel, Bergvall, Odobert, Johnson sitting on the bench and he chooses Davies and Palhinha to come on.

That decision right there makes me think that he himself doesn't believe he's up to the job and rather than try and change it for a win, he was just trying to stop it getting embarrassing.

I could even just have understood the Davies sub if it meant moving VDV to LB. But taking Spence off who, although not great, offers far more on the wing than the marauding Welsh Wizard. Absolutely baffling change.

The smaller games took care of themselves and a manager was judged on how we played in those big games. Which is how it should be at a club of our size.. Now, we live in a world where we lose 3-0 away at Forest. Drop points to the worst side we've seen in years in Wolves. Lose at home to Fulham etc.. And everyones carrying on like it's just business as usual. It's honestly a tragedy.

What do you mean, a club of our size. We are a bottom 6/8 side. Nothing more and it is time we stopped kidding ourselves.

A coach's job is to coach which includes improving players or if he can't replace them with ones he can. He's choice to pick bentancur

It’s so true.

This appointment more so than any other recent one, the more it became obvious he was who we were getting, the more people began trying to convince themselves that he was some kind of untapped genius that was a coup for the club. There was just no evidence to substantiate this however. It was so so bizarre.

The reason I wanted his predecessor to stay on was because of who was making the choice on the gaffer position. If the new management structure decided to let the Greek Aussie go, then fine, but not Daniel.

Levy just had to shaft us one final time.
