They lost Eze last minute in the summer window though and don’t seem to be missing him much , what worries me is with Ange it was always “wait till he has players back fit” then it made no difference in the end , it was the system that was wrong ; I’m not even sure what the system is with Frank - what’s the end goal with everyone fit and his own players, I thought by now we would be seeing some positive signs and how he wants us to play

Eze allowed Palace to look a bit more classy. He wasn't their glue. More a bonus player.

Only we have made Eze look much better than good.

Guehi's loss would be more symbolic I think, and more damaging.

On us, I don't think Frank has the qualities for the specific task now. In different circumstances maybe, but this moment seems to require a certain type of character.
.

I think Frank could come in and manage a mid table club whose main goal is to remain in the premier. I don't think he's the man to steer a club to the top level. I always liked him at Brentford but now find his interviews quite irritating. !!

No need to sugoarcoat it: This is the type of stuff that almost all of us were envisioning when we were told after the trophy that Ange should be given his 3rd season. That's why we vehemently protested against it.

The fact that Frank has been in charge for half a year could be used as the excuse, and considered a reason for optimism, only under the highly dubious assumption that time magically fixes things. Otherwise, why would it matter whether a guy has been in charge for 6 instead of 30 months; if what is being served in both cases is unwatchable dross with no signs of improvement?

Well for all the talk of Frank being a mid table manager at the rate results are going with us he has a great oppertunity to confirm that view of his manager level .At this rate I would proberly take tenth spot and then thank him for his service and roll the dice with yet another guy ,

I'm trying to locate the parallel universe where Ange has his 3rd season. I'm sure he's doing a lot better than TF.

It's here

I'm just numb to it all at this stage. I'm so disconnected from the club atm.

1) We have a gooner in Vinai trying to copy the Arteta project.
2) Our transfer strategy is being head up by Lange who seems to be obsessed with kids and nothing else.
3) Frank is the worst fit ever for a Spurs coach. He brings no aura and his tactics are just so negative.

The direction is just non-existent at the moment. We are just trying to copy what Woolwich did and are just binning off any style of play. But its not even working and the whole thing is an embarrassment. I watched the game yesterday in a pub with my friends and I was just embarrassed. For the first time in my life I couldn't even defend my club. I've zero confidence in anyone at the club making decisions. The January transfer window is going to be another embarrassment and I don't even see the point in backing Frank - he doesn't deserve it.. Frank has shown nothing to suggest he's worth investing in. Nothing about the current situation has any positives. I was happier least year under Levy and Ange!

Then the board need to be hounded until it is a realistic goal. We managed to finally get the figure head out (which everyone said was impossible) if we don't see a massive change of direction in January then the pressure on the Lewis cartel needs to be relentless.
Maybe they will. But they havent had the opportunity yet, and that is just as much a reason not to sack the manager. In my opinion we need a rebuild much more than sacking the manager.

We could win our next three matches - and I would still think he is the wrong manager.
His football philosopher is not right.
No long shots = pathetic, look at all the great players and great goals over the years - none would happen under Frank.
No through balls
Long throws which takes ages and never work. He had Bergvall doing it on Saturday because of no Danso.
Need a goal with five minutes left = get Vicario to waste a minute before he hoofs it to no one.

Great summary of why Frank should never have been hired and why he should be shown the door immediately.

The lack of threat from the edge of the area is so damming! Look at both of Roger’s goals today…….

All our opponents need to do is crowd the box and let us eventually pass it around the edge until we lose the ball or knock it out for a throw in to them.

Could maybe stomach this brand of football if you see what we are building or are getting results. We are not getting either

I'm amazed 35% of fans still want Frank to remain or are these rival fans scewing the poll. If they are genuine I'd been interested to understand why without mentioning the following reasons.

1. 17th, this is an improvement
2. Eventually we have to stick with a manager
3. The players are shit

You think that first half an hour was fine?? Just because we were 0-0? We created nothing, the football was slow, absolute zero intention to be brave and go at Liverpool

If that was fine then we're in big trouble
It was an improvement on the last few weeks.

Having said that - the first highlight on MOTD was Xavi being sent off at 35mins + so there’s that.

We looked to have a shape.

Not amazing, but an improvement. Fine is what it was - not good. I guess the bar has moved lower because not losing or looking like conceding is fine now.
