He is tactically flexible , 3 at the back , 4 at the back , 4 2 3 1 and 4 3 3 , Frank has us playing shit in so many different ways . No matter the system there is no drop off in the quality of our football , it’s genius .

Definitely not a fan of Ange but his last 17 prem games for us he got 14 points not 5 points. Not sure if you are including Nottingham Forest games in those figures which would make it a daft comparison to make
Ange’s chaos ball just isn’t sustainable at the top level. It looked great with a fresh squad, then it quickly turned from entertaining chaos into full-blown suicideball once the injuries started piling up. Those injuries just kept getting worse.

We’re still paying the price now, and you’ve got to wonder if some of those players will ever hit their old peak again.

we are better then number 1
we are

He’s not a spurs manager and I would be shocked if he’s here next season . He is anti football and he won’t change . Hoofball wouid be accepted at at certain clubs but not ours . Yes we won yesterday but there were so many more questions than answers at the end .

Season stats so far from reddit.

From my read, we're doing better than this point last season now in points and equivalent matches.

Compared to 23/24, equivalent matches, it looks like we're not actually that far off the pace? Lost 2 games more than we'd won that season

23/24: W9 D4 L5
24/25: W4 D5 L8
25/26: W7 D4 L7

Interesting, thanks for posting. I’m fairly confident we aren’t going to have a second half of the season like we did last campaign in the league points wise. He’s just got to raise the performance levels somehow and get us playing. Need some signings and players back!

All it takes is one quality signing in midfield and we will look much better imo. But it has to HIGHLY quality. Someone to have the kind of impact say Xhaka has had on Sunderland. A string puller with vision etc...

Well, it's fair to say .... Fuck off Frank. The club needs to go on its knees and beg Ange to come back. Somebody that inspired the players, not this idiot who pisses over the clubs only achievement in decades and tells the fans to be happy with 16th as it's an improvement.
The club needs to get on its knees and beg a man who nearly got us relegated, losing 22 PL games on the way to finishing 17th...to come back?! Do you hear yourself?!

Man, I didn't think even you could sink to such depths, but you proved me wrong.

It seems like a bunch of supporters of this club would rather play champagne football and lose 5-3 every week like we did last year than win 1-0 and be defensively sound.
Palace couldn’t score for shit. A better team would have done us yesterday.

I reckon you haven’t been watching this season. We’ve been just as poor as last year with no signs of getting better.

You can’t win every match. We don’t expect to win every match. What we want is to see fight, ideas. Bravery. The shit Frank said we’d do at the start of the season and we’ve seen precious little of.

Both hughes and Wharton looked better than what we have in the central area. Last season we struggled as it was a one man midfield with Bentancur getting constantly over run now we’ve fixed that by being more congested but the players we have don’t have the technical ability of those two at palace.

I still think our players are lazy though. Yesterday I watched our players being closed down by three palace players when we had the ball. Ours don’t do that. The pressing seems off or the effort levels aren’t good enough. If Frank can work on that and get the buy in then we will be a much better side. I think this is what he meant the other day when he said the buy in had been good but not exceptional. That’s on him though to get the players onside. If he can’t, things won’t change.

Just because Ange’s communism failed doesn’t mean that fascism under Frank is the answer.

We choose our managers much like Latin America elects its leaders .

Frank doesn’t want us to press - everything is about sinking deep with numbers to block shots. Amazing that this hasn’t been realised yet. It is his game plan. It’s also why we concede so many “worldlies” or “screamers”
