as many have said why didn't he go 3 at the back ( we have the CH's now)
that could have pushed the FB's up the field, put 2 up front.
but no this guy is too passive, even the way he plays when we break away is slow (not fast pace)
not sure who we should buy if we are going to sack Frank later this season,

I liek the idea of 3 at the back (based on squad personnel), but only if it is an offensive 3-4-3/3-5-2. Can Frank do that? I don't think so. And Spence would be severely limited as a LWB as we cannot maintain width on the left due to being very right footed.

Frank earned the right to step up and see if he can do it at a bigger club and unfortunately we took the gamble. But he has been dealt a shit hand with the long term injuries to 3 senior players and some bad signings.

I think he should go though as the players seem uninterested playing for him.

Shocking. Excuses after excuses. Why are we paying millions to someone who couldn't come out with solutions he's hired for.

It's always about the players and not him.

I fucking hate him.

That midfield was shocking though. No creativity at all, what did we really expect last night. Frank is part of the problem but 75% of the blame lies with the people in charge for allowing the squad to get in to this state.

Yes, we currently have a few injured players and some of the available players are not up to the quality that we need.

Our performances and tactics, generally, have been poor this season.

If the tactics aren’t working, Frank should try out different tactics / formations until the injured players are back or new upgrades to the squad are brought in.

With more CBs now back from injury, I’d like to see VDV at LB (until Udogie returns) and Spence at RB. Play Kudus as the 10 and instruct him to release the ball earlier. Gray or Bergvall can play as the 8. Play only Pal or Bents, not both together. We can also try out Porro as an alternative RW for the short term to see if it works.

This argument will never end. You just see how defensive his bench was last night and how defensive he started the first XI to know there wasn't any creativity and attacking implementation in his mind at all. All the while letting Brennan go AND considering Tel to go on loan. Mind-blowing...

Kudus could have played number 10 yesterday with Tel on the right

Instead he’s asking gray to be creative. Gray is a great player and will be a top player but he’s not got that about him

He’s paid millions to find solutions and it’s just the same garbage followed by excuses every week

We've kept 1 more clean sheet at the halfway point this season than ALL of last season.
Currently 4 goals less conceded too.

The defence has improved.
It needed improving, and it has.

Whilst some fans are baying for blood after Vicario "time wasted" yesterday, in the 2 seasons prior, you'd have been spitting venom (at venom) that he rushed, gave the ball away, and conceded.

Also, IMO, the yellow was an insult after the years and years of oppo keepers doing it to us, far worse, and getting away with it.

Pointless trying to be rational now. The chaos munchers want another manager sacked after 6 months without our best attackers. The football is shit but yesterday really isn’t one to complain about.

I suspect we’ll lose to Sunderland though at the weekend, they look like the kind of team that would beat most spurs teams at home (remember Stoke under Pulis but with a bit more about them). So that will be fun on the internet afterwards! Had we lost one of the last two and then that I think he’d be gone but I still see this Sunderland game as pivotal for him internally and externally.

This is the issue for the rest of the season.

If he’s not gone now, the board will surely be exploring options for the summer. On that alone you can’t give the guy more money for players so that the new gaffer has even more tosh.

He has to go NOW. Give the new guy the January money to try to salvage the season.

I think you’re giving the club too much faith that they actually give any manager the money. Come on, you know our form. They get third or fourth choice on the list or danjuma on loan if they are lucky.
