Get a manager that has his players actually play football together. Get Knutsen from Bodø Glimt. Build a team that can PLAY. People screeching for titles when Poch's team was flying got what they asked for. We started playing for results rather than building quality football. We started the journey right there, in desperation to beat stronger and richer teams before we were ready, to where we are now. The squad is horrible. The squad of players we have is dysfunctional due to too many attempts to acquire the offensive types who can do shit on their own instead of players who can work together as a team. Now our football is shit and our results are just as bad. It is not Frank's fault. But he sure as fuck is not the solution either.
