Frank is a good manager, but not for what we need. If he had the guarantee of 3 seasons with the aim of stabilising the club then he'd be the man, but that's not what Spurs are or willing to offer, and why should they?

He talks down about the clubs ability and attraction, he speaks like he's managing some club that's lucky to be in the league, and acting like he's at Brentford still. He got so much time there because he did well against what their expectations were, but this isn't Brentford. Tottenham are Europa League champions, playing Champions League football.

He doesn't get it, and he isn't going to.

Unless the board are just happy to make up the numbers in the league now, and want to focus on non sporting events and revenue then he needs to be shown the door and handed is P45.

I think anyone would struggle to be as based as Frank, on the basis we have neither results or a style of football to get behind.

You obviously want both - you can't have neither.
I don't think it's deniable he's tried to get us to be more front foot particularly at the start of the last 2 games. A combination of poor final third actions and first third actions due to a lack of ability in the playing staff is what's cost us in these games. What we need is quality players and to shift the hangers on and it needs to happen ASAP. Appointment an interim now says no signings now and carry on until the summer and we'll start again. Unacceptable imo.

Misplaced anger. Inherited a shitshow that normalised losing over the past few years and people think that can be eradicated missing your 3 main attackers and 20 games. He's made mistakes but no manager in the world is fixing this under the current circumstances. Sack him then we get someone like Mason as interim and I fail to see how that fixes the current issues.

Normalising losing is a good point, but that's no excuse for the type of cowardly mind numbingly boring football we are playing under this manager.......another manager with a more attacking approach would have us passing the ball forward with more intent, playing forward through the lines, showing more movement, taking more shots......I could go on and on

He was the wrong appointment, nice guy but not what this club needs.

We quite clearly don't train any passing combinations or attacking moves - just corners and long throw ins

I've seen Tamworth put together more coherent counter-attacks

It's not a personnel issue, even with very poor players you can train them to work attacking situations.

It was this boring last season, I don't know what people were seeing that makes them believe otherwise, it might have been less cowardly in intent, but the actual result on the pitch was just as boring and ineffective.

The rot set in under the previous idiot, it just so happens that the current guy isn't good enough to compensate for that, nor is he charismatic enough to get the players behind him seemingly.

Whilst I don't think it's fair to write him off as a useless manager, Frank certainly doesn't appear to be the man for this job.

I just don't think we have the players to do it. We had a forward attack minded manager in ange and we often struggled to do it then. I just think the players on the whole are technically inferior and the assembled squad is where it should be no matter who is in charge because it's just a shit squad. It's lacking in so many of the basics like control ,movement, passing etc.

It's reached that stage when things get so bad, all I can do is laugh.

This image of Frank with his Woolwich cup is Alan Partridge-esque. If I could be arsed I would put a speech bubble on it saying ''aha''.

Sackable offence!

I've seen wolves put together more attractive attacking moves this season than us. That's damning. Like you say, even poorer players can be trained to play to a system. We are clueless

In some regards, you can appease fans by winning ugly or losing well. But you'll never win the fans over losing ugly.

That was the home match Vs Bournemouth and Chelsea, away to Woolwich. Drawing at Brentford. You can't play like that, get nothing from the games and expect people to be happy about it.
If we'd won all those games but played exactly the same, fans would be less irritated.
It would also be a miracle as I don't think we even had a shot against chelsea

We did look better last night at times but I'm still seeing more warning signs than positive trends.

Why does he insist on playing Palhinha and Bentancur? It doesn't work. We all can see it. Yet he keeps doing it. I'd much rather have Archie partner Palhinha. At least then we can say he's looking to build a future.

We need a new LB but I'm done with the Spence experiment. Too often he tries to do too much and ends up giving it away. My boy Ben came in Sunday and did a great job. Because he's a steady head. Chuck him in, buy a LB and let Spence and Porro battle at RB.

When Frank joined we had all the talk about giving him time to find out about his squad. Letting him learn who he can trust, who he can rely on, etc. He doesn't seem to be learning things. He doesn't seem to know the players any better than when he was managing Brentford!

And, most importantly, the football is awful. Our own players getting booked for time wasting FFS. We used to sneer at those 'tinpot' sides who just played us looking for a draw. If he's building, he's building something totally uninspiring.

You're not allowed to mention last season's form at all, or else you'll get the possum posse on your back
