I'm afraid he'll be gone by Monday - because that is the knee jerk reaction boards do rather than taking responsibility for the underlying issues.
Don't think it will change anything fundamentally, because whoever comes in will have very little the fire the squad up with. Can hardly threaten to replace any underperforming player because we have very little quality on offer on the bench.

Thomas Frank was signed by the club as he gets more out of less. More or less a direct quote from when he came in. The club want him to work miracles on a shoestring. He can't and he should be fired as this is totally abject. But this club is fucked and has set him up to fail from day 1. There seems to be no intention to change.
