I think he'll get West HamThink we'll sack him today and will be official tomorrow morning.
They’ll need an interim plan or replacement. That must be the hold up. Any new coach (not interim) will demand signings which our tight owners are probably aware of so will be happy to run down the January window before making any decision. There's loads of this out there, and it's 90% aimed at Frank
I'm thinking it's beyond the point of no return
Only question is when will the club react?
I think he'll get West Ham
All the bookies now have it as a 2 horse race between Frank and Nuno
I'd say Frank needs the win. Nuno needs a draw.
One of them will be gone following that match.
To be devils' advocate, that is easily argued as much as
"This second half crushes any argument that this season comes down to our tactics not being good enough.
They CAN play a lot better than we’ve seen under Frank.
Our style isn’t as good as it should be, but it’s not as awful as some portray it."
The main difference was RKM being central to the play and actually having a decent game. He's not looked interested and has halted a lot of our attacks more recently, but for whatever reason wasn't doing that last night.
I don't think it takes any of the blame or pressure off the players. If you worked with someone lazy and clumsy, but who showed competence for half a day in a month, you'd be looking at them more than the workplace.

I like Mckenna but he'd be eaten alive. A lot of our fans wont care he was once in our youth team, they'll see we've gone for a relatively inexperienced manager of Ipswich that took them down. Our fanbase has been patient for 7 years but its all now too febrile. A few bad results and he'd be under the cosh immediatedly. We need a proper root and branch rebuild and that requires a manager that will hopefully last 3 years, someone that immediately gets the fans onside.I'm still of the belief that we need a rebuild. But we need someone who has respect and understands spurs. We need our club back. We need our identity back.
My first preference would be Poch. But appreciate that's unlikely unless we wait until the Summer and I don't think Enic will ever bring poch back anyway. Apparently Levy was always pro Poch and constantly overruled.
So my next preference would be McKenna. He might not have the credentials of the others but he gets spurs. His football is better than Frank's. He will understand the importance of hating Woolwich and he'll have us showing up in Derby games. He's also the perfect rebuild manager in my opinion.
That's where I'm at. I think de zerbi will be too extreme and nearly similar to Ange. It's not sustainable football. I don't think Glasner would come and I'm not sure he'd be a good fit anyway. Iraola would be my next choice but I really like McKenna. I think he'd unite the club. It might be underwhelming for the likes of VDV and Romero who could force and move but we need a rebuild manager. We aren't there yet and are years away. We just need a manager who loves us and can unite everyone and create momentum. If it takes 2/3 years then I'm fine with that. I just want my spurs back and Frank has taken that away
We were never in a relegation scrap last season and we are not in a relegation scrap this season even if we lose the next 2, 3, 4 or 5 gamesWe lose the next 2 league games and we are in a relegation scrap, there’s always 1 side that gets sucked in.
West Ham beat us and they go 10 points behind with Sunderland at home next - if we then lose at Burnley and they reduce that gap to 7 then their tails will be up whilst our confidence will be rock bottom. If we can’t win against those 2, Forest and Wolves then who can we beat?
These 2 are huge and I’m crapping it with Frank because we’re abysmal
McKenna no way, too placid a character and totally unproven .I'm still of the belief that we need a rebuild. But we need someone who has respect and understands spurs. We need our club back. We need our identity back.

While I think McKenna has great potential, I can tell you that a lot of Ipswich fans are unsure about him after last season. "He's too rigid to adapt his tactics", " he does not pick players on form", " He doesn't know how to get the best from the squad he's got", " He reached his level in the Championship and was found out in the EPL".I'm still of the belief that we need a rebuild. But we need someone who has respect and understands spurs. We need our club back. We need our identity back.

How can you say Mckenna’s football is better than Franks? From when one managed a decent Brentford team and the other a relegated Ipswich team? Let’s have a crack at either Iraola, De Zerbi or Xavi. Please don’t mention Silva.I'm still of the belief that we need a rebuild. But we need someone who has respect and understands spurs. We need our club back. We need our identity back.

The Ange and Frank PPG are so poor.
So did we:
1. Hire two bad managers
2. Expect too much from them considering the squad
3. Have a lot of bad injuries
4. All of the above
I think all of the above personally, but mostly 2
I think we have been terrible at squad building and expected too much from two pretty poor managers. In Frank's case he just isn't suited to Spurs so if the results aren't good he doesn't get much runway.
It doesn't
It is clear the tactics, intent and shape we are set out with
This is management, not players
Look at Villa to see how changing a manager can make a big difference with largely the same group of players. Gerrard was quickly sacked after he was exposed as not being good enough and in walked Emery who totally transformed the same group of players
Why is Frank still here
Yet they came out at half time with hot coals under them.
Same manager.
Those first half performances were there under the last manager, and luckily there are extended highlights on you tube if anyone fancies checking it out.
We'll get nowhere pretending 'tactics' is the only reason why vicario is letting in 32% of the shots he's faced

While we're at it we should also be asking why Villas average base salary is higher than ours despite our incoming dwarfing theirs, if we want to wonder how we're underperforming.Look at Villa to see how changing a manager can make a big difference with largely the same group of players.
