He's still miles off what he was before joining. He's very slowly improving, but I'm very sure that's down to acclimating to the league as opposed to good coaching, of which there is absolutely no evidence of so far in this putrid reign.

He's not getting sacked any time soon if hasn't been today. The upper management are incompetent. We'll win our next two league games, only by way of there's probably only 2/3 sides worse than us right now. We'll probably only be within 4/5 points of top 5, so they'll look at that as a pat on the back for sticking it out.
All well and good when we get fucking embarrassed every week in February and this becomes a full blown crisis.

Speculating but board are probably looking at contingencies this week in case we are toilet v west ham. Ideally they would prefer to sack him end of season review. Hes met none of the objectives.
Xavi is improving on thr basis that he has natural talent and was always going to get better and more confident, it's nothing to do with coaching...you'd generally see a bunch of players start upping their levels if that was the case.
So his next two matches happens to be against two of the shittiest teams in the league which we will most probably win but then what's the point because oir fixtures in Feb are horrendous and if we get embarrassed in them then they're gonna sack him anyway.

The next two games change nothing in terms of whether he's the right man for the long term.
