I think they're so naive and underqualified.. That they don't have the imagination to understand the realities of how nasty the environment could get. It doesn't matter if they have some belief that time and patience will result in a positive upturn.. It will get to a point where they won't have the luxury of seeing it through. They'll have to do something.
 
He won't be sacked, he's bullet proof. This is genuinely a he worst I've ever seen a Spurs side play in all of my 35 years. The board don't know what they're doing. My phone blows up every week with people slagging me off. Embarrassing.
