The guy is who he is, he should never have been appointed, many people said he wasn't the right fit for this club, but he can only do the job his way. His philosophy and tactics will work at clubs like Brentford, Crystal Palace, Burnley etc but not at a club with aspirations to be top 4 and play entertaining football
