Thomas is a nice guy and a good coach but this isn't the right situation for him or us. He's focused to much on nullifying the opposition. I was expecting more in an attacking sense although only so much you can do with what we currently have. But the play from the back and through the midfield just isn't what is requires.
Frank’s not been there for all of those. This rot started a long time ago. Quality players have slowly been moved on or not replaced.
The board either need to accept we’re going to be a mid-table team for a few years, or modernise and start spending big like those consistently in the top do. The market for players has been horrifically skewed by the petrol-clubs and that’s the cess-pit we’re having to compete in.
