Just have this feeling they'll wait for the City game now.

Ridiculous reviewing game by game basis.

If he gets City surely they hammer us and it's over.

They think we’ll beat Frankfurt and take points of City then everyone will calm down.

What they don’t understand is that Spurs fans know we might do that and after losing to fucking West Ham, we’re going to be even more fucking annoyed if he oversees us taking points off City to help the gooners .

Until the media starts openly criticizing the board, no action will be taken, Vinai apparently believes one size fits all, what worked before is the only formula. And between him and Lange thats their guy.
Frank is comfortable with things because this is the part of the table he’s accustomed to, we most likely won’t get relegated and in the meantime pick up a couple favorable results and end up somewhere around 10-12. He hasn’t made that step up. This is par for the course at Brentford under him out of both cups and a comfortable cushion above the drop zone nestled in the bottom half of the table.
They won’t. It’s a gaslighting operation of which I have rarely seen.

They’ve backed themselves into a corner by acting as if the Aussie was a rank amateur who is the worst coach ever, and they have to act like Ray Charles because their “sensible Premier league proven” appointment has gone to shit.

New athletic piece. As with all the media stuff, pretty damning on Frank

Jack pitt Brooke doesn't usually go too hard, when he writes like this it really is bad

"Any hope that they might be improving, that Frank’s medicine might be doing its work, has been eroded by the events of this month. Over the course of January the case for keeping Frank has collapsed."

...

"The arguments that Frank would make Spurs stable, consistent, efficient and hard to beat now look paper-thin"

...

"But ultimately the result was only a small part of the story here. What mattered more was the overwhelming feeling that almost no one believes in this anymore."

...

"It [booing] was a reminder that Frank is now plumbing new depths of unpopularity with the fanbase. He can quieten them by winning, as happened against Dortmund on Tuesday. But winning those fans back round to the manager feels like a lost cause."

....

"nothing that Spurs have done this month, largely against easier opposition, will convince anyone that Frank’s side are about to master competing on multiple fronts."

Mate. you are absolutely right.

If ENIC's plan was to create a sense of apathy, then they have succeeded.

Most are just tired of it now, and losing hope, whatever hope means to each one of us.
The board don't care.
ENIC are too scared to sack him because it'll look bad that yet another managerial decision has gone wrong. And yet the irony is that by not sacking him they have made a worse decision which proves their incompetence even more so.

The board and ownership have always been the problem. Levy was the face of it for 25 years. But he wasn't the only one pulling the strings.

The puppeteer is still there pulling the strings.

Despite all this I think they will sack him based on the next few PL fixtures coming up. Whether he gets the eintracht game I'm not sure.
It has occurred to me that ENIC ar

It's the medias way of subtly slating spurs. We should accept we belong 15th or lower, and we should be grateful we have the manager of almighty Brentford coming to save us. As if this standard would be accepted at any of the top 10 clubs in the league. Bunch of cunts
Yep, they treat us like we are irrelevant , we don't matter and we are where we are because that's what we are now.
This is Enic's fault, we have achieved very little since they got their grubby hands on this 'project'.
We have become a venue and nothing else.

Way the media are protecting this bloke is incredible. Watching Sunday Supplement it's laughable

Because the media are full of gooners and we are doing exactly what they want to see us doing.

They like to hear our manager talking us down and talking up the gooners like they are some elite level that we’re never meant to reach. The whole idea for them is Spurs fans accepting their place in things.

They’ve pushed themselves into this corner by not reacting earlier, that’s the problem. In reality he should have gone the other side of Christmas. As I said a week ago, doing nothing is still doing something. By not grasping the nettle on the managerial decision early doors they fucked it. Top 4 was well in our grasp back then with the fixture list and transfer window ahead of us. Now, they’ve well and truly fucked it. I would still make a change, Frank ain’t going to do it now.
I think Frank let the cat out of the bag with his comments about copying the goons (when they gave Arteta time) with his press conference comments prior to that match.

I've said it before, the situation with Arteta ie a rookie manager getting so much time whilst failing, and later being successful is an anomaly, and our club ought not be using that as a pathway to success.

Both Ferguson and Klopp did very well with their previous clubs to warrant being given such time at United and Liverpool. Arteta did fuck all previously to warrant more time and the situation with them, is a complete one off that we're bizarrely trying to emulate.

Yup the media love to defend Frank. Where was all of this energy for Ange? They hated how he kept saying we'd win something. It didn't fit their narrative so they made him out to be some crazy angry man!

The media were delighted and doing summer salts when we sacked Ange. Spurs brought in little Frank and were going starting their little 5 year project. Back in their box. What a relief
