We need to judge Frank on what he can do with a fit squad - and he had that at the start of the season and was poor. With defensive negative football, set up like a typical mid table to team.
Its hard to see any elite coach wanting to come in and manage a relegation scrap with only 12 players to choose from, and barely any defenders available.

Frank on the other hand has had almost half the team out for the whole season, and Levy left him with no functioning left had side.... Great comparison... And Ange was in the the second rate cup, Frank in the CL...
