I could just about see why they held on to him before now even though it was a mistake, basically complacent that West Ham wouldn't recover and we'd be able to limp through until the summer, but with the teams below us improving and us getting worse, they need to take this very seriously and act fast.
Frank's a busted flush and tonight was absolutely pathetic. You know a manager is fucked when they're changing systems every game and nothing is working. And at this point I'd say we're favourites to go down if Frank stays as we simply don't know how to win games in the league under him.
