De Zerbi is not a good character

Is very divisive in general

WILL have a Conte like meltdown in his second season

Never lasts long anywhere

When it popped up with him the other week, Brighton fans were desperate for his return though

And he does play good football

I can understand him being on peoples Radar, on balance though I think he would be a short term appointment - inevitable disaster in another 18 months

The issue i have right now is who the fuck do we put in charge. We're not in a position to chuck in some youth team coach with no experience when you can keep losing games and keep going to the end of the season. And I don't trust these cunts to make the right decision. It's an absolute mess.

I think hed get us firing till the end of the season

tell him its a long term project, give him a 3 year contract

then bin him and pay him off once a real target is available

we need to act cunty like a professional football club
 
Correct decision.

Was optimistic about his appointment but he has failed utterly. The club has major structural issues and the squad is rubbish but it shouldn’t be battling relegation.

I’m semi confident that the person who takes over will be capable of guiding us safely in to mid table & then we can re-assess in the summer.

Back to back terrible appointments, sadly.
