Just two players that have come out to support him so far? In a way I'm glad the aftermath of this is that it seems the players massively downed tools, hated him and lost discipline. It indicates that standards can be raised and hopefully that more points and wins can follow.

Long term though this has to be noted, we have a team of unprofessional dickheads who have no respect for managers, fans and the club.

All this flood of reports with the players whining about everything does to me is prove that most of them aren't worth building any sort of team around.

Turns out a no dickheads policy is difficult when most of your players seem to be dickheads.

Really interesting article. Seems very well informed

The Vinai push back on why they wanted to persevere with Frank, also explains that Vinai is passive rather than decisive.
The board made a decision early on to tread water till the summer then change him for a proper manager?
The plan didn't work when we started drowning...and I expect no plan B?

Let's be honest, it was doomed from the very first press conferece,

He was such the wrong appointment.

I don't remember ever hearing so many scathing articles after a Spurs manager left. It wasn't this bad with Ange. Just criticism of his naive tactics being worked out, stubborness to change, and maybe some things about him being stand offish with players.

Most of the Conte stuff was around him losing patience with the club and feeling the club didn't meet his expectations and standards.

But the Frank stuff is just attacking every part of his reign, which shows how terrible he's been.

If the reports of disrespect and continued lateness after being chastised are correct, then you’d have to conclude Frank was right in this regard.

There needs to be some significant weeding out of bad apples in the summer and personally I’d start with the so called leadership team.

Vicario and Romero should both be sold, Porro possibly too. We need a huge reset.

So that's Mickey, Romero, Vicario and Palinha out then?

If there’s any truth to those tweets, it backs up what several of us have said since Frank came in, that this group lacks professional integrity. I can’t remember the last time I saw a squad so devoid of professionalism and basic football intelligence at this level.

Frank likely lost the dressing room some time ago, and for that alone he should have been sacked long ago.

The same issue remains. This squad is uncoachable. You might get a brief new-manager bounce, but they’ll always revert to type. No matter who comes in, the cycle repeats. These players will get any manager sacked, 100%.

Of course the players are always wrong in this situation and unfortunately for Frank he didn't have the personality or gravitas to lead them but that's football, that's life - expecting anything different is just not realistic.

Agreed, but it’s not what you’d expect from the ‘leadership’ team who you’re expecting to set an example and bring the others into line.

That’s the whole point of giving senior pros the positions of responsibility.
