I'd prefer Davies and Gray in defence. All we need to do is not keep charging forward like hot heated berserker cunts, and they're both adequate. These cunts have been shit most of the season and I don't think it's reasonable to blame Frank for that. They have a duty to play well for the paying supporters and they haven't, not did they turn up for Tudor. The team last season didn't improve when they cam back from injiury.

I'm all for the club shouldn't have hired Frank, but your 'analysis; is complete and utter shit.

My goodness. I'm not asking you to reply once, never mind 47 times. I assume you're a grown man, this hero worship for Postecoglou, I don't don't know what's got into some of you people.

Frank was a shit manager for our team, 100% yes but fuck, if you think Simons is the answer to our injuries to attacking players this season, more so than thinking Davies can't stand in for Romero is lunacy, it's just that he (Davies) doesn't have the pace to keep rushing back to save goals when a simple pass from the opposition dissects our defence.

If you were a supporter of another club and your comments were based on a passing interest they may be forgivable, the amount of times Romero has lost focus and cost the team goals, ditto Vicario, Vdv can be okay if he's not sulking but jees man come on, you must be either drunk, high on something, or as Shadydan Shadydan once put it ''brainwashed''.

I agree but the reasons are different.

I think you look at our squad and in terms of quality I think it's fine, but in regards to balanced - no chance. It was also in serious need of bolstering this winter - nothing really done. And to leave Frank in situ through most of if not all of January merely compounded the lunacy.

What the 2 managers in question presided over was an acceptance of failure and disrespect, leading to a drip drip effect. Clear as day

Where I absolutely blame both and won't get into worse and even worse is that they failed to recognise the deficiencies.

But crucially this, plenty on here got blinded by European success, continually exonerated poor PL performances off the back of midweek European victories, and calling for another chance. Look back. It's there, from so so many.

I didn't but we are all to blame in some respects.

Newcastle will part with Howe, filth have a dilemma and one or two clubs going into Europe will need to be very careful. We got blinded.

People might whinge about what they were offered and all that, but both of them had their tongues deep in the rim of the board, so they are 100% involved in the blame for the squad building. They weren't children, and are fully grown millionaires that were paid very generously to do a job they both failed.

As ever, my issue is focused entirely on how much bias is given to the one over the other. The same arguments are spun differently, and whilst I have always held the belief that fans should support the manager as much as possible, it's very different to look at a bomb site and not see it for what it was.

And the last two seasons, minimum, are a bomb site. Who knows if Frank could have shithoused his way past Atletico - we nearly did, regardless of league form, so I don't see how the european performances aren't take into account for only one manager

For the record, the 23/24 transfer spend was paid for by the sale of the best striker in the WORLD. The next season we got Solanke and teenagers. That window is sending us down.

The reason that shit window is sending us down - and the primary reason for us being relegated - is INURIES.

The reason Postecoglou is remembered more fondly than Frank by normal fans is because despite those injuries we still got 11 WINS in the league which meant we were always staying up and won a European Trophy in his second last game in charge.

We all thought it was the "manager's fault". We were all wrong. We're now on our 4th manager dealing with these neverending injuries. The last two of them haven't won a game yet.

Please grow up. This is just humiliating for you now.

It’s 100% the correct place to do it. But I don’t want to get too involved. You and I would end up in a big back and forth and I’ve honestly not got the energy to waste on the fucking wankbag of a manager. You know I’m not one to walk away from a debate, but wasting energy on this cunt? Nah.

Whatever you, or anyone else says, I will always believe he was fucking awful. Just remarkably awful. Out of his depth, cowardly, unable to show emotion, tactically inept and just a bit stupid. I believe he was our worst manager in my lifetime by quite a distance.

Taking all that into account and the fact we’ve got the weekend coming up, why bother engaging with me by telling me I’m wrong, or that Ange was just as bad. I don’t care. I’m even slightly grudging this post.

It's incredibly lazy and partisan to camp out in the Postecoglou thread (and others) rejecting any criticism of him, and post contradictory evaluations in here and carry the expectation that it is immune to cross examination or scrutiny.

So if you don't want to discuss something, don't post an opinion in the thread in the first place.

We as an entire fanbase need to move on from both the tiresome wankbags. Both were fucking horrendous at trying to find a win in the PL. Both set us back a decade or two. Both carry the weight of that. It isn't 'moving on' to simultaneously be fangirling one in one thread, and berating another in another.

As for “fangirling” in another thread, I’d suggest that’s bollocks, but think what you like. I couldn’t give a flying fuck at a rolling donut.

I believe Ange was and is a significantly better manager than Frank. Nothing, absolutely nothing, you can say will change my mind. So why bother trying? I’m not trying to debate with you and change your mind. Allow me the same courtesy.
