I have been found guilty for my offences and I was banned. I have been on anti racist courses through work , and now feel rehabilitated. But Poch and Levy are supposed to have control over the squad finances! We don't know the financial situation as well as they do, if they don't feel its worth paying Toby 150k a week at this stage then I am sure they have their reasons. Personally I am slightly in the camp of 'pay him what he wants' but I don't know the first thing about running a football club.
My feeling is that the club will break the wage structure when the timing is right (new stadium revenue etc) and for the right player (These points are both important because of that domino effect). They did not see Walker as the right player and they probably don't see the timing being right in the case of Toby. Perhaps they will break the structure for Kane next season and look to tie down Eriksen/Alli/Son to long term improved deals?
We'll just have to wait and see.
