Stadium Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I like the idea of playing at the Orient ground. It's not far from Tottenham either.

Over half of the current season ticket holders wouldn't even be able to get in. It has a capacity of 9k!
The fans put heavy pressure on on the Club to play at Wembley as it is in London. It is the only viable stadium to use.

Shit 9k! Didn't realise it was that small.
I read somewhere that the pitch in the new stadium will be the same size as Wembley. Which means we'll have to get used it to eventually. All I know is next season is going to be a very testing time for us. The players, management and the fans.

....ahem, guys, I was joking about Orient!! :dierno::pocheyes::pochfacepalm:

....Loftus Road, however... they've even got '1882' emblazoned above the Main Stand!!

Hmmmmm.... :kanehand:

I hope they sort out the ST allocations the same in Wembley next year as they are in WHL. It would make sense to allocate those in the shelf and park lane to the end (east stand Wembley) and side ( South stand Wembley) surrounding the away allocation in that corner. The paxton at what is now for CL 'home end' ( West end Wembley) and the west stand St holders in the main stand ( North) behind the dug out.
We need to sort out the atmosphere. Keeping as many together and those that make most of the noise -especially in the south east corner - together.

Anyway, the comparisons being made to Wembley and the New Stadium in terms of atmosphere may be a little exaggerated.
Wembley is fucking huge. It has 30k more seats than our new stadium.
That's 54k more seats than WHL compared to the 24k more for our new stadium.
The Wembley footprint is also fucking immense. Our new place will be nowhere near as big.

The pitch size is not the problem it is because it is not home. The Spammers are having the same problem.
As to getting the for want of a better phrase, the noisy fans together perhaps certain stands should be designated adults only. This would stop those in the Paxton family areas from being mixed in with the noisy fans.

That's just another excuse - I think atmosphere is something fans like, rather than something players need to get results.

West Ham aren't struggling because of their Stadium, they're struggling because they've tried to completely change their tactics and don't have the players to pull it off.

Another positive from Wembley is despite the poor performance on the pitch we've shown ourselves as the biggest club in London. Woolwich couldn't fill it, and Chelsea can't even fill Stamford Bridge for CL games without huge advertising campaigns. Other clubs hate the fact we play there and sell it out. But it gives me a stalker and I love it.

From the inside, their stadium doesn't look half bad. I remember hating it when it was first unveiled though, hopefully [Sponsor Name] at White Hart Lane ends up looking better.
There are Vikings in Minnesota because Viking land in Europe and Minnesota look very similar in January and a lot of scandavians settled there. But the main reason there are Vikings in Minnesota is because Americans are stupid and pay more attention to marketing and PR then actually you know not burning things to the ground.
I think it's entirely because it's a cool name that's a reference to the big Scandinavian population. Nobody really thinks there are Vikings in Minnesota any more than people think there are lions in Detroit.
