Wonder how much Spurs made out of the six shows.

Last night (16 June), Beyoncé concluded her epic six-night run at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on the record-breaking COWBOY CARTER TOUR. The groundbreaking series of concerts welcomed over 275,000 fans and grossed over £45,000,000, making it the most tickets and highest gross for any artist in the stadium’s history.

7.5m a night. Dunno, maybe 1.5m to 2m tops? 9m to 12m for the club? I imagine costs are quite high and Beyonce takes a big chunk.

Ally Gold said that the arrangement for NFL matches is that they the NFL keep all the gate receipts and Spurs get stadium rental plus food/drink sales so maybe the same for concerts.
I make the average ticket price for her concerts £163 , for a PL match the gate money is around £5.2 million , average gate around 61,000 so that makes average ticket price around £85

About 46000 punters per show? Is that the usual attendance for gigs?

Vinai move?

I like things like these, we need to restore some club traditions in and around the stadiums

Statues, memorabilia that sort of thing, I'm pretty sure Vinai was responsible for doing this for Woolwich.

Also we need some pics around the corridors of us lifting trophies so that every time the players step on that pitch they know that it means to play for this club, loads of other teams have this...its always pissed me off that we haven't embraced our trophy winning history and have almost always accepted our fate as also rans.

Is that instead of Beavertown or replacing something else?
I imagine that's replacing the Amstel etc.

But it's interesting as I believe Heineken (who the current deal is with) also now own Beavertown. So maybe that's all going. It's a bit of an odd one with the on site Beavertown brewery. Maybe Molson Coors will take it over? Anyone know if the Stadium owns all the gear and leases it to Beavertown?
