Vicario set Bergvall's development back a year.
He's unable to command his area and prone to stupidity.
Why do we play him?!

That leads nicely to Bergvall getting shouted at by his Spurs goalkeeper Vicario, who had to make a flying save after the midfielder gave the ball away on the edge of his own box late on in the opening match of the Premier League season at Leicester.

"Sometimes you do slightly worse things, sometimes you do better things. We were 1-0 up with a fairly comfortable lead. We conceded 1-1 and then that happens [when he lost the ball]," he said. "All is calm now. We have talked about it. Vicario said that there are hot feelings and things like that that happen."

Yeah Solanke is probably one of the best forwards in the league for chasing long balls and muscling defenders, so we may as well make use of that every now and then. He will win a fair share of lost causes or get opportunities for other forwards from knock downs.
Woolwich and Man city play it a long now as well. It would be a waste to not take advantage of Solanke as an outlet.

I hope Ange doesn't get too dogmatic about playing out the back.

Much better from an attacking perspective.

Yes we’ve been wasteful, but we’ve created plenty of chances today and our passing and off ball movement have been sharper. 👍

Fuck off and find some enjoyment in something
Calm down mate fucking hell, it was an observation, I have already said that was a fantastic first half if you actually cared to look.

Being concerned about us not finishing them off while we are dominant isn't me failing to take enjoyment from the game, it's an obvious issue considering how it has happened numerous times and has bit us on the arse before.

Bit of a nonsense post on your behalf quite frankly.

9 players missing & obviously losing Toney & wissa is big. But yeah frank usually had them more organised.

I was in Liverpool for my Wedding Anniversary and watched the Liverpool v Brentford in a pub. The atmosphere was incredible, Brentford’s performance on the other hand was flat. Without Toney they look nowhere near as threatening and without his presence/ability to hold up the ball they look very ordinary right across the pitch.

I’m absolutely baffled at what game some people here are watching by the comments they make. Who are they really comparing these players to 🤷🏽? Football is about confidence and yes some players are maybe lacking it this early in the season but please give me a break. We played well against Woolwich and we’re having a decent game today so let’s just reign it in a bit.

From what I saw, we keep on creating good chances and missing them, also a lot of good balls put in the area that no one is aware enough to finish, maybe if Son played more centralized he would be the man to put that kind of ball through. Defese is the same old thing, it seems to me again that some players are unaware of their positions, Brentford goal was laughable, their player was completely unmarked in our area. Also we always seems to left big spaces in the midfield, despite playing with 3 midfielders.
