Usually you need to interact with the page again after all those popups and new tabs. it won't activate the play button until you've hit the 'required number of shit'. Sometimes it can be 4 or 5. Look for small 'X's to close overlays, too.

Using a VPN might help. Try using Brave or Firefox as a browser, too.
 
I know people will say Son's two assists, but his general play has been so so poor.
