I was happy to see Richy in the scrum celebrating with Romero. Off the bench in his puffy coat. I think the spirit is high with this group.

Was offside but did take too much TimeCuti nearly gave a goal away giving the ball away after taking too long on the ball.
He has too many off days, but the lack of pace can be infuriating at times.Hate to say it, but we need an upgrade on the right side. Whether off the bench or summer transfer.
I like Kulu, good foot skills, STRONG on the ball, but he’s not got the pace for Ange ball
Agreed. Accepting a ref on the spot is better placed than sitting at home, that looked like contact and a stonewall penaltySaw highlights earlier. Werner foul in box definite penalty. Shit officiating that.
Cuti made a couple of rickets but we got away with it.
He did but certainly nothing like the exposure the offside goal v spurs. Don’t think Sky made much of it either and found if there is any phone ins, news paper headlines or football365 analysis.
O but it was in response to motm nomination. Thought VDV was better. So?
'Nearly' giving the ball away isn't giving the ball away.
Are you that desperate to find a fault, that you're trying to blame him for something he didn't do?
Emerson Derangment Syndrome is possibly the most embarrassing thing about a certain section of the Spurs fanbase right now.Just goes to show it's about opinions, and most are biased one way or another. I've seen the ratings for Royal, with one particular poster giving him a 1!
Emerson had a solid game yesterday and didn't put a foot wrong. The ratings on here shouldn't ever be taken as a barometer of how well a player played, far too many picking favourites.
FWIW, I felt that Romero was MOTM. He was solid, progressive, and weighed in with the winning goal. He was the standout player for me, but others will see it differently.
What seemed evident to me was that it looked as though we have a few players coming back into form. Maddison looked closer to his best, Bissouma looks to be getting there too, whilst Bentancur wasn't nearly as bad as some are making out.
The team, as a whole, was excellent yesterday.

No issues with his defending. It’s his ability as a footballer that handicaps us. He played well but there were 3 or 4 times he had a chance to impact the final third, and failed. He’s so ill suited to our needs stylisticallyCuti's blushes were saved by some excellent defending by Zomb favourite player. I'm sure Zomb was delighted![]()
He takes risks as per the instructions from our manager. He was superb, world class talentCuti nearly gave a goal away giving the ball away after taking too long on the ball.
Stats are depressing
Don't look at it then.
Each to their own.Glad you enjoyed your time; but it's generic bollocks(*)........ You can't convince me it wouldn't be more fun singing actual Spurs songs.
(*and euro-dross shit; but hey I'm a music snob so that's on me I guess)
He was directly involved in both our first goals through either tenacious contests or quick thinking. His defending is his strong suit but he's not incapable of attacking and is more dynamic in his movement than Porro (though not anywhere near as good on the ball - which is why he's second choice)No issues with his defending.
