Missed the game today as it was my sisters bday, shocking result. No comment on how we played but fuck me we are so inconsistent.

We go from looking very good against Villa last week to losing at home to Ipswich fucking town.

Nightmare.

Levy never really has figured out the art of timing, and expecting him to do so now would be utterly foolish.
Our only real path to the CL is winning the EL, that much is clear.

We've had 2 chances so far this season to climb into the top 4 (and potentially title) race, all we had to do each time was beat a winless relegation fodder club. Both times we've lost.

Thus, I expect Ange's security lives and dies with our EL prospects. A lot hinges on the Roma match, IMO, which too many think will be comfortable for us.

But, likely, Levy will be too afraid of rocking the boat during the league phase and Ange will survive by squeaking through to the knockouts. And it won't be until the spring, when we get knocked out, that he's sacked.

"Yes Jose, I promise you that we will get you Skriniar in January. You have my word."

"Hum yeah sorry Jose, it's that bloody Inter chairman moving the goalpost last minute. But rejoice...you can have Rodon."

"Antonio, such an honour to have you manage Spurs. What, you want X, Y and Z? Consider it done. Yeah of course we will give you the money."

"So here's the thing, Antonio...".
Levy: So hears the thing Antonio, I've got Good News and Bad News. The Good News first, 'I can't give you any of your First choice players".

Antonio: And the Bad News ?

Levy: I don't know. Take Your Pick. Anything you find worse. I just thought it would work better for me if to give you the Good News first.

You're probably right about all that.

I probably will stop waking up early for early matches until he is gone.

More questions than answers under Ange. Theres massive deficiencies everywhere. Dodgy defending corners, dodgy keeper, ropey defending, cant remember last time we had a long shot at goal or scored a worldie. Not sure on attack.....this really is sunday pub league stuff tbh. And thats down to the manager.

Have heard the same re Roma, people assuming we'll win that.

I fucking hope we do, especially since the ticket cost 60 notes lol. But not swimming in confidence.

Any competent Italian side will absolutely destroy us- their entire school of football is built to feast on naive tactics like ours.

Careful!

He knows someone at the Club…..
you pm'd me to first tell me that I didnt have the bottle to pm you and then tell me that it's best we ignore eachother on here (after you informed me of your medical condition) only to now have digs at me?

it's cool I don't mind either way but at least have the decency to keep the same energy whichever way you go with.
