Robert Vilahamn is one of six men to currently manage a Women's Super League club, but the Tottenham head coach wants to see more females in his position.
There is a 50-50 gender split among the 12 WSL managers following the recent appointments of Renee Slegers at Woolwich and Natalia Arroyo at Aston Villa, who both replaced men.
But the Spurs boss, who is in his second season at the north London club, says he sees it as his responsibility to create more opportunities for women.

Very poor performance and result today, easily beaten by a dreadful Everton side and knocked out of the FA Cup. Seems that the culture and approach from the Men’s Team is infecting the women too.

I don't think it can be put into words just how low the standards of football are at this club now, across both the men's and women's teams. Levy is destroying what little stature we have in the game.
