I envy the Bournemouth fans in their little corner pocket of sunshine.... Looks like a fun day out over there, even if that IS their entire fanbase...
The streets of Bournemouth must be a ghost town!!

The rest of us are in the SHADE...
Hello Darkness my old friend.....

I am sure that the management reviews videos of the oppositions prior to the game, and this being the case , our manager , (you would think) would have emphasised to the players how quick the Bournemouth side close teams down. We’re not just too slow, they are forcing these errors. We can’t go into every game with the same tactics, it’s insane.

Blame Ange before blaming Porro. He's inverting from RB into the centre. And yet he's told to pass out wide, which when intercepted will always make us open at the back where Porro just vacated. Is not rocket science. Only Ange is so naive and likes to think there is no problem with this.
The one thing that you should never do as a Right Back when you're twenty yards into the opponents half, is fuck up your pass......pass backwards if you have to but if there's the slightest chance you won't make the pass, then you don't do it.

It’s as if we don’t train ball work.
It's part that, and part that their confidence is shot to shit.

You can look at that piece of play, and claim that it's purely an individual error and so nothing to do with the manager, sure.

But look at everything that builds to that moment, and I'm not specifically talking about the in game build up.

The manager consistently puts players in positions that highlight their flaws, he persistently sets the team up in a manner that leads to high pressure dangerous situations, he's flogged them into the ground, and shattered their confidence.

People are slagging Porro off for the goal, he's literally following the manager's instructions!

At least the summer SHOULD be fun. A new project reset, new manager, new ideas, half the squad sold, loads of teenager's a low-20's bought and loaned out for the future.

Welcome to the Spurs merry-go-round of nothingness.
