True to some extent but we then DO need to the EL. If we don’t then we have sacrificed the PL games for nothing. Not to add fans paying good money to see their team go out and win games.
Fits in with their perceived impression of them best the most knowledgeable fans in football and of course not to mention anything else about them.

Why is it we seem to be the only club where we can’t perform and compete in more than one comp at a time? Toon , Villa have gone deep into cups with toon winning one. Yet they are still pushing hard in the league. This is our mentality unfortunately which many fans are happy with. Let’s be honest if we can’t beat bodo over two legs then we may as well pack it in.

Im saying all this giving up on the league means we have to win the EL. The fans pay good money to watch the team home and away. If we don’t win it no one will remember the EL anyways as we have generally stank it out. They’ll see in the records 20 plus defeats in the PL.

We have a week gap to dippers so Porro or destiny should play. Anyways what is the incentive for someone like Spence to play well if he thinks he will be dropped in favour of other two? If gray and Spence are FBs then he knows he is not in reckoning. Also what happens say v dippers he plays Porro and destiny and they skin is. Would they get picked for semi regardless. Better to be strong at home todays in any case.
True but he has done well on the right no worse than porro. Plus has recovery speed to get back especially if VDV is not playing. Anyways our right side is a mess in overall team setup.

OK, I want us to compete in ALL competitions and I disagree we haven't "stank out the EL it's been our silver lining on a very dark fucking season.
