I don't blame managers for playing slower, more disciplined football just to save their players from the ever increasing schedule.

But yeah, the product is going to suffer from it.

Overcoached, yet undercoached is probably the best, concise description of this team I've read.

All the guile, devil and inspiration completely taken out of them. With no plan, pattern or idea put there to take the place.

This 100%. When we win we win big. But we only normally lose by 1 goal which accts for the positive goal difference. But overall we are a mess

Yep, it's an extremely rigid ideology but with an extremely undercooked and underdeveloped structure.

A combination of arrogance and expectation that his previous work will work again, with no answers for the fact that this team plays at a level and in competitions which are just too advanced for this bullshittery.
 
Nobody can defend them subs. Ridiculous. We've lost all formation now. We did this away at palace earlier in the season too. So stupid. Chase the game through the midfield, not by throwing on forwards and losing all your shape. Pathetic

I think that list is bigger than we think. I'm not going to pretend that my knowledge of other players and other wonderkids is anywhere near as big as others, but I have to imagine the prospect of joining Spurs isn't as toxic to a professional as our feeling towards the club is at the moment.
