He can finish.... We just don't create for him.

Even the best strikers miss the odd stinker; but I can't recall any from Dom.... That's how lean things are.

I watched all his goals for Bournemouth when he signed for us and the overwhelming view I had was that half of them were lucky to go in. He's a solid 5-10 goals a season player who just happened to get a season that deviated from the norm.

Can't work out if it's been better or worse for us this season having such a weak bottom 3, seems to me that we would be in serious threat right now if everyone and their dog hadn't known who was going down since February but at the same time might we have binned Ange mid-season if that had been on the cards?
Either way this is another nail in the coffin for Ange staying regardless of Europa. Can you imagine keeping a manager who posted less than 40 points in the league, fucking embarrassing.

What is all this talk about "who is Solanke?" You add half a Solanke to one Richarlison and you get one Harry Kane. At least that's what our transfer business tells me.

I want to believe, so badly I do! But it’s not happening with this guy.. sooner he’s back in Oz opening a Greek restaurant in he better
If we managed to pull it off, it would be the nicest 'send off' ever. Reminder that the EL Final is four days before our final game of the season. There would basically be a fairytale lap of honour regardless of the scoreline against Brighton.

Then a nicely worded mutual termination the next day.

Any other outcome and I dread to think how toxic that final day of the season will be.

We couldn't replace Kane, but we could recreate him in the aggregate.

I hope Forest go on to make CL, it will be an underdog story. And if it costs one of Villa, City, Newcastle or of course Chelsea that will be fantastic.

But lets be real they've gotten very fucking lucky to come away with a point let alone all three tonight.

Stats bear it out, and while I'm no fan of XG they had 0.69 scoring 2 of their 3 attempts on goal. If we had a decent CF to get on the end of the crosses we were putting in tonight we win that comfortably.

They play negative robotic shithouse football, there is no way our fan base would accept that week in week out.
And you are straight up lying if you claim otherwise.

There have been plenty of piss poor performances this season but I just don't feel like tonight falls into that catagory.

We deserved all three points, our wingers and inverted full backs were causing them problems and their goals were a deflection and a Vicario playing the clown. Anyone trying to claim that it was some kind of tactical masterclass from Nuno needs their head testing. They were hanging on for dear life at the end. And his "so called masterclass" of bringing a defender on at half time nearly cost him.

There were plenty of positives to take from tonight. If we can cut the stupid individual errors out we will be fine.

I can understand him giving minutes to the other squad players. You get another injury to Solanke and you might need Richarlison to come in the Europa.

So it makes sense. Its obviously awful losing the number of games we are losing but lets be real its meaningless. The season hinges on three games. Two semi finals and hopefully a final.
