Too many people think taking your chances is a definition of how we play. It doesn’t work like that. Missing sitters like Bergwijn did twice and Kane against Liverpool doesn’t mean we were more defensive than today.

Reguilon missing sitters and Kane missing a soft head against Wolves doesn’t mean we didn’t try and attack.

No, I was OK with Liverpool, which is why I haven’t referenced it once in spite of you doing so consistently on my behalf for the last 15 mins.

I was annoyed with our approach 2nd half against Palace, dissatisfied with the Leicester performance, and disgusted by our approach when leading against Wolves.

I’ve been far happier with our tactical approach once taking the lead today, which actually involves, you know, committing some bodies forward and creating some chances!!
