Outplayed by Leeds in the first half but they don't have the brilliance of Kane, Son or Ndombele (thought Winks was superb in the first half too).

We were much better than Leeds in 2nd half, defended well Leeds with few clear opportunities and we moved the ball much better higher up the pitch.

The most pleasing thing was we didn't sit on our first goal like total pussies as we have been doing for a while now.

Doherty, 3 pens (or is it 2??) and now a red card in just 7 appearances in PL, impressive! Yet there are still some on here who call Aurier a liability, takes all sorts.

Palace/Wolves we were constantly forced to defend cos we couldn't keep possession when we had the ball. Today we did that better

Very positive today, as you usually are after a win. Very happy with Winks, Davies, Bergwijn (could have been more clinical, but provides best balance to the front three and looks fitter all the time).

Hojbjerg was unreal. Ditto Kane and Son. Ndombele is vital to our team.

Doherty is not at much, much worse than I thought he'd be at RB. Love to see Tanganga given a go as the Aurier alternate, even though I think he's a bit limited with the angles RB provides with the ball at his feet.

Disappointing to see Lucas involved over Dele.
 
My only gripe really was the timing of the subs and tanguy coming off instead of son. 433 just suits this side fuck 4231 and 442 maybe as plan b but this is the formation for this side we attack much better in this system. I was worried for the opening 25 and it looked much of the same as previous games but once we got the pen we asserted ourselves on the game and played really well I thought.
