Management Vinai Venkatesham - CEO

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I don't think he's had enough time in the job to be judged on. Lange has and should be sacked at the end of the season

Why? Vinai isn't a Sporting Dir, he's a CEO?

If anything it's Lange's head on the chopping block.

The CEO is supposed to be the chief decision maker. He is clearly not able to make correct or timely decisions (refusing to sack Frank, appointing Tudor, not signing attackers in January). He has already been overruled once by the Lewis family with Frank's sacking and if it's true that RDZ will have input over the sporting director, then he has been further undermined.

Vinai is a useless twat and we don't need him, he cannot operate at the required level. Neither can Lange, who is only good at spotting youth talent so either demote him to youth scout or fire him.

I hear what your ssying but it will most likely be Lange, not Vinai

In theory the CEO is responsible as StripiestPilot StripiestPilot points out as he is also responsible for hiring and firing the DoF. The job of a CEO is as Bezos points out or in the clip below is to make a number of small very important decisions each day. The question is has he been here long enough to make the calls about Lange and the direction of the club. If it’s true the board had to overrule him with Frank then I think he is toast. At least if not Lange will have to be the scapegoat.

He got it wrong with giving Thomas Frank so much time. If time is key to success he may as well of hired a manager from the lowest league in the world and offered him a 10 year contract.

Never mind delay in sacking Frank he should never have been given the job in the first place. Vinai and Lange who probably put forward Frank should both be binned into thinking this guy was better than the likes of rdz and few of those German managers or even better than say irola or glassner. His 10 point plan well and truly should be in bully’s bin along with him. How him and the rest scored Frank higher than the others say on things like style of football, European experience, playing twice a week, promoting youth etc gawd knows. I knew straight away with Frank that soon as he binned literally every single one of our youth players. He always bought into fucking develop some them at least. He took easy way out and couldn’t be bothered.

I think whoever was hired if it was someone other than Thomas Frank, they would have said it was their top candidate.

It's at this moment in time, based on facts, hard to say it's it was the right decision to kick Frank out. It's not like there was a new manager bounce under Tudor. Let's hope De Zerbi can get a tune out of this sorry lot.

Also I really want Vinai and Lange out.
