Our “Director of Football Operations” was announced in January. It’s like we’ve got so many cooks in the kitchen these stupid fucks can’t keep track of them.

Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. Oh, erm. Wait, no.. not that.

I strongly, strongly feel it's a mistake to think relegation would offer some sort of productive refresh of the playing squad, as opposed to just having our best players leave, including the young and the promising ones, while getting stuck with the wasters.

However, I confess to a certain amount of hope that relegation would offer the chance to just bin off the lot of the backroom staff and start new.

Now this would be the ultimate cunt off if Levy responded
Absolute snake.

Also taking the fans for idiots (which in fairness...), but seriously:

"Yeah guys I get your frustrated, but you know the guy that's no longer here? The one who had us in Europe for 18 out of 20 seasons? Yeah that guy! It's HIS fault we're shit now, not mine!"

Sure Vinai, sure...

my guess is Vinai & lange will stick with Tudor as manager, because if they sack him now that will seal their fate a the end of the season (2 poor managers picked by them) and if Tudor takes us down they both will be sacked
So their only hope is Tudor keeps us up and that keeps their jobs

In some ways this thread is actually the most beautiful thing on TFC - it’s the one and only place where we are all 100% united… albeit about the fact we simply want this little Trojan horse devil out of our club by any means, including dumping him out the back with the food waste.

It is not to be underestimated that they would maneuver to save their own jobs and not necessarily to the club's betterment.

Having their names written as architects of this club's unthinkable catastrophe would surely be the end for them in football administration

This makes me like him even less, if that was actually possible.

What a slimy 2 faced gooner cunt.

lol Vinai has some serious cheek piping up with that drivel.

“An executive team has also been established beneath the board to oversee the day-to-day running of the club. A modern governance structure provides:
• Increased resilience, checks and balances, greater expertise.
• Delegation rather than centralisation, which means the club can move quicker, with experts making decisions.”

If the above were true we would never have let Frank continue for so long nor appointed Tudor to replace him. The reality is that it is complete chaos within the club, Levy’s decision making power has been shattered into a million pieces and split between multiple morons who know even less about football than Levy did. This results in long spells of delusional thinking and complete decision paralysis when reality hits.

Delegation only works if there is a clear hierarchy and competent people within the structure. We don’t have either of those things.
