Just look at their reaction though.

For anyone calling this a "new regime" and pleading with the rest of us that they should be given time, take a look at the fucking smirks on those cunts faces. That's what they think of you.

They've had a pleasant day out, didn't pay to get in, didn't pay for any of the canapes or prosecco, saw 3 goals scored by one of the teams (doesn't matter which) and got to laugh at the peasants who seem rather uppity about something or the other before heading back in to get a top up on the bubbly and a meal while they wait for the driver to bring the car back round.

It's all a big jape to them.

Tally ho old boy - the riff raff have it in for you, don't they chap!

Gosh, they are certainly riled up today aren't they! They'll surely compose a ditty with you portrayed as a 'wanker' or some such. They are full of such japes.

I get definite "toxic positivity" vibes from both Vinai and Johan Lange (inherited from Levy); like if everyone isn't on board with what a wonderful job everyone is doing, then they're "not team players".

You can kind of get away with it if you are good at your job.

Problem with us is it’s been ages since the club had anyone with good football instincts on the board or as DoF. You look at how Brighton always over perform or sadly Woolwich did during the David Dein era. You don’t have to be an ex footballer but you have to have good football gut instincts and that isn’t just spreadsheets. Spreadsheet (data analytics) can help as a support but it’s not the cake.

Nobody trusts Vinai to make a good call, no-one trust Lange to build a well balanced team. Just look at old man David Pleat, everytime he scouts or recommends they are nearly always good, he just gets football.

The club is really hurting from never have proper football people in key decision making roles and not have enough club people around it. We are a corporate hollow shell and it enables a sort of spreadsheet mafia to run the club.

Overseeing the relegation of one of the richest clubs in the world in your first season “in charge” should render you unemployable.

Absolutely disgraceful what he and Lange have done to us with zero consequences, professionally or personally for the damage they have caused. I can only imagine what would happen if they did this in Italy.

At the end of the day all these titles and job descriptions, Vinai and Lange are completely shit at what they do.

They get paid insane amounts for being completely useless and inept!

Pure Kunts!! As are the tossers on the board.

It's not toxic if someone is good at their job; it's effectively a "no assholes" policy. But when the entire organization is up in flames and the boss won't tolerate criticism, that's extremely toxic because it sends the message that people's careers and well-being are less important than the boss's vanity.

We know that Thomas Frank was lauded for his "no assholes" policy when he took over in the summer, but he was an empty suit without anything to back it up, just like Vinai and Lange.

We completed 2 full weeks, next milestone 31 days!!!! :mickyarm:

Day 14 of calling him a cunt in this thread until he is sacked! Cunt!!

this guy is so unless, Tudor isn't working, we need to round to dice again for the last few matches, we just need to get the points to stay up
Yet he & Lange and are sitting on their hands

Vinai is an incompetent twat but they aren't sitting on their hands. By all accounts the club are trying to secure a new manager for the last 7 games of the season, they are just keeping it low-key at the moment because Tudor's father just died. If that hadn't happened he'd have been sacked straight after the Forest game.

I imagine they want to make the announcement of the new manager and the departure of Tudor (on compassionate grounds) at the same time.

My understanding is Vinai and Lange run a strict "two assholes" policy.

If anyone was as bad at their job as this c*** clearly is - with the results to prove it - they’d have been sacked ages ago. His leadership, judgement, direction and decision making are all utterly inept. If the c*** was a tube driver on the Waterloo & City Line he’d still manage to get lost. Fuckwit c***.
