Surely Vinai is blameless and it's Peter Charrington or Eric Hinson, as I've been told that blame should go up to the top in these cases
But he isn't scapegoated is he? Nothing from the fans in stadium singing his name out loud like Levy, nothing in the press singling his pressure to turn things around. He's supposedly very good in communication, but I guess he used it to such good results on himself he seems quite immuned to any mentions or criticism.
