Watching Spurs Abroad - the official thread

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

If I go to the pub I'll watch it with the LA Spurs at the Greyhound in Highland Park. Outstanding group to watch games with. I only get to watch a handful of games a season there because of games being on so early out here on the west coast and living about 40 minutes away from the pub.

I've been half-ass trying to get a new group together to form the Inland Empire Spurs. If any guests/lurkers are from the Inland Empire in California then hit me up!
3 years ago me and the missus went to California for our honeymoon, and happened to be in LA at the time Spurs were away at Stoke.

Having heard good things about LA Spurs we got a cab to the Kings Head II (the pub that was their previous regular for watching games) at 7am, and found about 30 odd others, a good mix of Americans and ex-pat Brits, in there. More arrived as the game went on and it was a great atmosphere, everyone was really friendly and keen to hear about how we came about being there. We couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. They even wanted photos with us in front of their flags, which was a bit weird, but in a nice way.

We ended up staying with them for quite a few hours afterwards, and were pretty pissed by lunch time due to drinking since 7am. Walking up to the Griffith Observatory in the searing afternoon heat later on that day was tough...

I'd highly recommend looking them up to anyone who find themselves in LA when we've got a game

I go to Flanagan's when I am in Vienna, I think I am the only yido. I will be visiting Vienna at the end of October.
which is precisely the reason I crossed the road and watched the Arse/Man City game in '1516' bar DIRECTLY opposite!
WAY too many Gooners in Flanagan's!

YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY YIDDO IN VIENNA!

seriously, try Charlie P's or Brickmakers ... (both Irish run) but by far more Yiddos in there on a Spurs matchday!

Glad you had a good experience. I was there that day. Brought my friend who's never watched any type of soccer/football game in his life. He loved it. Never was a fan of the Kings Head II, too far from where I live.

First post !

Watching here in NZ is fairly straight forward, just get a bit tired on Sundays...but in 2 weeks time we're taking the kids on a year long round world trip - will be in Singapore for Palace, NLD and the hammers games.

Singapore has a supporters club so I'll be hanging with those guys :allitongue:

Then we're off to Sri Lanka which will be the cup final (if we get there) and Man U and Hull.

I'm shitting it that if we do get any silverware the chances of me finding a pub and tv screen will be slim to none :pochsulk:

Montana Spurs/Royal Association for the Appreciation of Benoit - Rocky Mountain Chapter
Current Membership count: 2
Location: My house
Imaginary internet TFC friends generally welcome if you find yourself in the area, and I don't think you are weird.

Atlanta, GA, USA
ATL Spurs meets at Meehan's Pub, Atlantic Station, located on 19th Street NW in Atlanta, for every Premier League match and most Cup and international matches as well. The pub has been great to us, they open early and serve beer as early as they legally can, and also serve a buffet breakfast for early matches.

We bring a pretty good crowd, especially for big weekend matches and derbies.
I'm probably coming to Atlanta for a couple of weeks next year, i'll add this to my bookmarks - top work.

I generally watch big matches at Charlie P's here in Vienna - there's a decent crew of Spurs fans that show up and the staff there knows me enough to make sure I'm taken care of even it's just a dull Tuesday night for the EL.

If you're in Vienna briefly or live here, just hit me up with a PM or whatever and I'm always down to watch matches.

In Cleveland, Ohio our supporters group watches matches at:

Old Angle Tavern which is in downtown Cleveland in Ohio City neighborhood. If you are in the area come join us we usually have anywhere from 10-40 yids for every match. Also they will open up early if need be for all Tottenham matches.

Also I travel to Cincinnati on occasion and they have a decent amount of yids who watch matches at the Rhinehaus in downtown Cincy
