Alright chums.

Since I moved out here to Barca I've hardly come across any fellow Spurs fans to watch games with except for my own cousin and a mate of a mate who both live out here. There's an official Spanish Spurs supporters club but most of the members are based in Marbella apart from one bloke who never seems to be available to watch the matches on TV.

Therefore I've taken matters into my own hands and created a twitter handle imaginatively called @BarcelonaSpurs

Anyway, thought I'd stick this on here in case any of you are planning a visit during the season or have Spurs mates who are coming over and want to catch a game. This isn't a plea for follows but do feel free to follow the account if you want.

I've not got the time to do loads with it but will be posting the location of the bar I will be going to for each game in the hope that any other Spurs fans living in or visiting the city will show up and we can get a bit of an atmosphere going or at least drown our sorrows together. Hopefully now when someone googles 'Watch Spurs games in Barcelona' or similar they won't come up with diddly squat like I did.

Pretty much every Irish bar near the ramblas shows live premier league but its rare to find more than one or two other yids in one place. Hope to grow a nice little community over here eventually
 
Yeah I found an Irish bar for one of our friendlies last year (wasn't planned as on but they put it on for us).

I've got a phone interview with a company in Barcelona for my placement year so if I impress them there's a chance i'll get to be over for a year starting in June.. You still gonna be about?
 
@ jimmyriggle jimmyriggle I'll be moving out to Spain for 6 month next July as part of my University Degree and hopefully will be placed in Barcelona. So I'll give you a follow and give you a shout if I do get put there. Where about in Barcelona are you living?

Just about to move into a rented place right next to arc de triomf and the big park in the city. Will be glad to get out of this temporary accommodation right on the rambla.
