What's that got to do with my point? This grizzly idiot has had us losing left right and centre. We need that reversed asap.
Your rather arrogant post needed responding too. Why ask someone if they'd ever played sport to a decent level when our manager has been losing every week whilst prioritising the EL.?

Presume Scarlett injured or us Ajayi ahead of him now.

More likely its that with 4 defenders on bench out of 9 possible, and 1 GK, he's got to make compromises to fill 4 other places, and with Moore, Bentancur (only spare cm) and Johnson (forward) that leaves one place - and its Ajayi being versatile (covering CM and forward) takes the spot.

Remove one defender and a more balances can be made - with a striker included.

Bench is a little unbalanced with 4 defenders (Porro, Udogie, Romero and Van de Ven) out of 9 on bench :think I'd have been tempted to rest one of them completely and have Scarlett on bench in their place.

Otherwise, its a lot of rotation, other than at GK where I'm surprised Kinsky isn't played ?
I'm telling you, it's in the stars - it's a repeat of 1984, we'll have a rookie keeper in goal for the fin and he'll be the hero

the latter is an adult
Again so inferiating comments like that so now tel is an adult just turned 20. Yet all last season people kept saying Johnson was young when in fact he was 22/23. Moore will be 18 in Aug and looks well developed. Goons smelly miles is only 18 and got an England cap. How old was Wharton. We play Gray and berg who based on your criteria are not adults. Just give the guy some minutes and let’s see him develop.

It was a genuine question. I'm trying to work out if they've experienced that pressure of needing to win something. Maybe folk who've never competed in competitions (of any kind) at a certain level (not jumpers for goalposts stuff) don't understand what it takes and what's needed.

We did give him minutes - he did well in the EL and did nothing in the PL. he’s not physically ready to impact the PL yet…. He looks his age physically. Can’t gap players but his time will come, hopefully next season he gets a bit stronger

Much better lineup than the rubbish Ange pulled at Liverpool. Would prefer Gray at LCB where he's shown he can play very well but at least he's not been thrown to Wolves in midfield again.
