West ham have had 3 managers in a year and even worse. They could go down next year. Every premier league club manager is obsessed by Pep. Difference is pep has top players and has big transfer budget. Other managers need to be creative or adapt a new style or formation.

I think a proper manager stabilises us but not sure we can do much better than mid-table next season.
We have no star quality and a squad packed with mid-table players, especially in attacking areas. If you don't have attacking threat the ceiling is low.
I'd sell him in summer. Wolves can have him.
