Winning a cup
Winning a trophy. Qualifying for Europe only gives us another potential target to aim for next season. About 10/15 years ago the target was beating the Scum or winning at one of our bogey grounds like Chelsea and Liverpool. That is still important but even if we had won all 3 matches this week and got top 4, I would not considered it a good season. Better than last but not good.
Theoretically we should be winning trophies and competing for the league. We're the 4th richest team in the league and 8th in the world.

Decent thread in my view. 100% right about would anybody be surprised if Chavs won something next season despite being a fucking shambles.
This is key change necessary at all levels inside the club. I think Ange gets it; he’s decided his style can win things but he needs quality players in a whole squad to do it his way. We must be challenging properly for all competitions we’re in next season as a bare minimum - we’ve not achieved that level this season. A trophy next season is a bonus I think, but that’s what is required and the minimum necessary in season 3 for Ange to keep his job if he’s still there come 25/26 season.
Well this post completely lacks credibility. The number one and frankly only priority is getting our Cheese Room.

I think our aim shifted from finishing above filth, Chelsea, West Ham to qualifying for the Europa to qualifying for the CL at the expense of actually going for the cups in a meaningful way .
