History When did you feel most connected to Tottenham?

every friday i feel most connected to club
always high hopes through the day
only to find out i won fuck all again in EuroMillions in the evening

but im sure next week will be the different

Elfsborg at home this season when Scarlett, Ajayi and Moore scored was pretty unifying' for fans and the young players alike...

... but it was so short-lived, and now feels like a speck of glitter on the overall turd that has been the rest of the season!!

I did the Heritage Walk on Wednesday, and I felt some of the connection that has been missing recently. Just walking back into Warmington House brought great memories flooding back, and it was great that the guide wanted to hear the stories from the people taking part. The only disappointing part was that we didn't get to Bill Nicholson's house, but it's a bit off the route and we overran by half an hour. as it was. As I know where it is, I'll try an get up there early, when we play Frankfurt.
It was also interesting to learn about the history of Tottenham, the area.
John, the guide, certainly knew his stuff, and I would recommend doing the walk, if you can.

During a Chavs away game when the Tottenham manager decided to spite his own fans for an equaliser which was disallowed a few minutes later and remaining joint 16th

Reading through these it strikes me how we take European nights for granted now.

Growing up through my teens/twenties/into my thirties this was my European experience. (I have left out the year we were in the intertoto cup)

91/92 QF Feyenoord can remember standing on the Paxton watching the Dutch fans pogoing on the park lane.
99/00 we played just 2 home games!!
06/07 QF Sevilla home. Incredible atmosphere. Martin jols blue n white army starting on the park lane through half time and then into the second half.
Even the west stand joined in!

Could do with a repeat of that type of vocal support next Thursday.

But Just 3 seasons out of 15!
Kids today don’t know they are born!
