Match Wolves (A) - Saturday 11th November 12:30pm KO

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Chelsea fucked us - always them! We were gonna face challenges with injuries and suspensions but to collect them all in one game is well, frankly, Spursy.

It was all Wolves second half and I would’ve expected us at 89mins and 1-0 up to sit in and take 3pts. What happened in the build up to both their goals was a calamity. Heads gone, naive nonsense.

Even if we held on for the win, It doesn't change the fact Wolves helped themselves when it came to creating chances. Wolves were wasteful right up until the 90th minute and finally for them they take back to back chances. I think they had 11 corners and 17 efforts on goal.

A win would have masked the poor showing, however the defeat has shone a massive light on it.

With 9 men against Chelsea we still managed to create chances , what went wrong today ? Goal aside we never even looked like troubling Wolves!
I know player like Dier are an Easy target but Biss was shit today, didnt even realise he was playing till half time, it just didnt click today but the good thing is we now have 2 weeks to work on it!

Team was under pressure, some of it caused by themselves.
Wolves deserved it after such a poor show.

Oh ffs. You’re seriously blaming the manager for this?

You’re right in your assessments of Dier, Hojbjerg and Emerson, and here’s the thing, I can guarantee you Ange doesn’t rate them much higher!

But who’s he supposed to play? Phillips clearly is not ready. Bentancur cannot play a full game yet. Lo Celso clearly ain’t trusted. Who does that leave?

This utter bollox of “just play the youff” :angryscouser: is exactly that, complete and utter bollox.

I blame the manager... he knew those guys are not cut for that style of play & yet he stuck to it

Apart from the last goal, do you think Dier was that bad?
Yes.

His passing was poor and there was one chance 1st half that Davies blocked that got turned so easily for.

We can’t just judge defenders by their proximate involvement in opposing goals.

Dier more than anyone caused us undue pressure with his poor passing IMO.

Happily see Phillips or PEH their next game for me.

Shocking performance once again from officials. Spurs player farts its a booking.wolves free rein to do as they please. That was nowhere near a free at the end. Clear cheating from officials.

PEH cost us that match. Simple as. First goal player runs off the back of him totally clueless.
Gives away shocking pass to a player marked.
His performance summed up with that quick free he went to take and went straight to wolves player 5 yards away.
No blame on dier or davies tbh
No blame on Dier?! Really?! You wanna stick with that?!

He gives the ball away needlessly on their first goal. That's undeniable. He's got the ball and instead of kicking it towards their corner flag, he punts it straight into touch about 30 yards from our goal. Then, to add insult to injury, he turns his back on the cross instead of doing everything he can to stop it from reaching Sarabia. He's clueless, lazy and a coward.

Then who doesn't have the faintest idea that Lemina is making a run into the box and, when he finally realises it, does absolutely zilch to prevent him from getting to the ball?
